I didn't really like the new icon layout of the vB3 release so I somewhat changed it back to the vB2 style, I also put the "what's going on" box at the top of the forums.

Hope you guys have some use for it :)

Ps. for all of you who are going to say "This has already be done bladi blah yada......" Please keep those comments to yourself, these are just simple template mods everbody could have done. Its just something someone could find usefull.
