In the postbit and the forum home, I was wondering, how do I get the time to say like 39 minutes ago or 1 day ago instead of the exact time? And the same thing on forum home for the last post.

To this:

Thread / Thread Starter Replies Views Last Post

I want to move the last post take away the rating.

I figured out the Time one (Question I), but I still need to figure out the second one (Question II).
