I don't think you will be allowed to use one of those as they are reserved for vBulletin staff.

Because it is advertising the vBulletin system.

If you keep the logo intact and wish to use it in a way which does not signify affiliation, endorsement or similar then it is ok.

But you can't take a logo and then personalize it for use without the consent of the company. It would be like using the Nike tick, or the Pepsi Logo and then changing their company name for yours.

I have permission to use the images, and as I am staff from vbcom, I am allowed to use the avatar. And at any time they request me to remove one, I have no problem with that.

If you wish to use certain copyrighted images you have to contact sales@vbulletin.com :)
