I love how clean this site looks, which brings me to my topic. I was wondering if the graphic pros on here mind doing a tutorial on how to create good headers and footers.



Right now I have my site at a fixed width, but I dont want it that way. I want it to expand and retract as needed. However I never found out how to do the header/footers so that they can do this. I know it's a matter of setting up tables (which I'm very bad at) Anyone here mind sharing the code or a way to do the stretch? This is my banner so far.
