I just threw this together. The site is sort of anti-graphical. And there was no way I could get the header image shrunk down. lol So I used a graphic that was already present.

Nice work. I have terrible with small icons, but this is nice an elegant.

I can do another variation of it if you would like me to. I mean, this one is alright, but it's nothing magical. If you had any suggestion, I would be glad to try it out.
