I've been searching for this mod without modifying the code on vB3.5 but I didn't find it anywhere! I'm interested in alternating colors on the forumbits & threadbits only, not the postbits.

There are nexialys's hacks on vB.org, but they require code hacking as well. Can't this be ever done by only editing the templates?
