Hi, all...

I am setting up a vB 3.5.4 site for all the committee's we have. Each thread (main) is a Committee. I have added all the users, and set thier permissions for the general area and only the committee's they serve on.

What I would like to do is send email every time someone posts in the "Committee".. Without them having to post first...

For example, I have the "WEB Design Committee" title with one thread "2006 Meetings".. and under that are all the monthly minutes etc. The goal: When any post under "2006 Meetings" is added all WEB Design Committee members get email.

well this is a not very cool idea.............
i am telling for experience......
apart from some special and dedicated members, others dont like to get board messages in email and read them....
so this is my 2 cents....
but u r the admin, u have the final call on everything :D
