I have question on a professional skin element:

The solid blue background, just below the penguins, is that a gif, or a CSS style cal that creates the solid blue transition? Could you provide the file name, or style call that creates that solid blue?

Last I recall, the image is a background image that Floris created from a background while developing a desktop set for his computer (someone correct me if I am wrong).
