These questions are really basic design questions. I would suggest becoming familiar with the way code lays out in the templates, or studying CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) mixed in with some PHP and HTML. Not trying to sound harsh, but the help you are seeking typically is not free. (That is how some of us make a living ;))
