I've just been registered and I want to thank you for all your hacks and helpful tips.
I'm one of the 4 co-admin of vbulletin-fr.com, the french unofficial forum. I know how beloved is french community, especially by Floris (;)) and I hope the team I'm working for will change this bad a priori.
3 months ago, french community was divided into 3 web sites. It was a cold war situation and some mistakes were made. Even if I wasn't webmaster at this time, I apologise for all the troubles french community created.
Now, 2 sites are going to merge (vbulletin-fr.com and vbulletin-france.com) and the third is closed (its team is going to open a portal). Our team is completely different from the precedent one and we would like to develop a big and productive web site, like vbulletin.nl. Currently, we are about to finish the french translation of vbulletin gamma language file (9 translators and 2 proof readers).
Lawyer in real life, I've put the stress on the copyright respect and the privacy protection. I would be pleased if we could change the common opinion on french people :) Of course, as Floris say : "If you have any comments, feedback, complaints or questions, feel free to contact me or any staff member".
