I'm new to vb. Decided to make a community with it for my dad, with his idea for a site... it's still a work in progress. And the content is most unusual... curious yet? :) Sorry.. it looks bad atm. Any advice like how to get people to come to your community w/o being an annoying spammer would be much appreciated... something clever preferably.. ill be looking around if it's already here.

I have a decent color scheme hehe kind of borrowed from another site that I want to change a little, like include a background, but when I change the background it applies in my opera browser but not in IE..
