Hi all Vbulletin Fans from Italy.
I'm the admin of a phpbb (2.0.6) forum ( www.winmxitalia.it/forum ) of WinMX ITALIA community. i'd like to switch to vbulletin asap but i'm a little afraid of convertng db and losing some data ...i've to lurk a lot :cool:

I'm just purchused an owned licence and I'm trying to solve some problems during installation :(

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /web/htdocs/www.p2pforum.it/home/forum/includes/config.php on line 56

..where can i ask forum help? :D

I've edited config.php and fille filelds

$servername
$dbusername
$dbpassword
$dbname

then I've uploaded all files in upload folder in p2pforum.it/forum/

So I've launched /forum/install/install.php entered my Customer Number
I have problem on step 2:

Step 2) Connect to the database
