I... feel there is lots of little things that could add value or improve cosmetically to make it more appealing or functionally. thoughts, suggestions, ideas most appreciatedlet's start with: What do you want your forum to be? Who do you see as your members? After a new person visits your forum, what three words would you like them to use to describe it?

There are a spit-load of mods, tweaks, bells and whistles that you *could* add to a forum. Which you *should* add depends on where you want to go, and who you want to go there with you.

I guess for now Im more focused on the current set up than attracting other members at this point although Im sure there are things to help with google etc. I want the environment to feel very warm, this forum is a specialized forum focused on photographers. I would like the bell and whistles to make it easier to navigate and utilize tools, and from there Im totally open.............

any takers here? :D let's start with: What do you want your forum to be? Who do you see as your members? After a new person visits your forum, what three words would you like them to use to describe it?
