Folks-

In the navbar, there is a seach drop-down. When you are looking at forumdisplay, there is also a "search this forum" dropdown--when you are looking at a thread, you instead get a "search this thread" dropdown.

It seems to me that this could all be handled by the one dropdown on the navbar:

If one is at forumhome, it looks like it currently does.
If one is at forumdisplay, it offers two radio buttons, "Entire site", and "This Forum" (which is checked by default).
If one is at showthread, it offers three radio buttons, "Entire site", "This Forum", and "This thread" (which is checked by default).What do you think? I am not asking how to do it, so much as if you think its a good idea. Why or why not?
