Style title: nexia's CSS3 forumbit opacity

the title indicate CSS3 because the actual CSS2 compliance is missing the opacity meta-element and is not supported by the validators yet!*Description*:This is esthetic only..added to the forumbit, will fade out to 70% the forums where there is no new posts... will make the forums clearer to...
