my server got much slower after embetted more styles (6 pcs.) in the vb 3.0.0 RC 3. there 're approx. 60 users online testing the new styles.
after removing 5 of them the server was much faster again.

any idea?

the webhoster is one of the very fastest (host europe).

Sorry, I dont know alot about how styles work and what not or what styles you were using, but, I do know, that things like Flash or highend graphics and code with lots of javascripts, can get server intensive.

So, if alot of people are using the same style that has alot of the 3 above or combination that could cause the server to slow down alot.

If the styles are very graphically advanced, etc. then it may cause the servers load to increase/speed to decrease.

That depends of what style are u using...

highly graphical style can cause server to slow a bit. If you are expierencing any high server load, cut back some unnecessary style, and use more text as possible. The higher the load, the slower the server.
