Good Graphics Or Speed??? What Do You Prefer?I don't think it has to be a choice between the two. You can have good graphics that are small-enough to load quickly. But if you must choose, choose speed.

I would say it also depends on the audience your site is being built for. Gaming sites (like mine, for example) in which the people play online with each other must have high-speed connections. With this in mind, you could make a site that is graphic-heavy (at least logically) if you want to have that "pretty" effect.

Other sites, like maybe online fan fictions, could deal with a more fast-loading, less distracting site so that people can focus on just the content rather than also what it's being surrounded in.

in my style ; i choose the two. graphics & speed
for graphics i used a simple images <i used the photoshop>
for speed i used the css and i don't used many of the tables
