Here is a PHP-Nuke theme, that we designed a few weeks back, and I converted it over to vBulletin. It turned out decent for a 100% free vBulletin skin.

You are free to do whatever with it, as long as my credits stay intact. Show respect!

Installation:
1.) upload the "themes" folder directly to your vb root
2.) open your admin panel, and upload the style xml file through it.
