What is this?

This is a navbar button with a menu that has links to all the sites your visitors might be going to go besides your forum. The links are sort of "quick links" so that users don't have to leave your site or browse through their favorites. The ultimate goal is keeping them on your forum with easy access to wherever else they may need to go.
