I am SOOOOOOOOO glad I found this site!

I'm an old retired main-framer (50ish - lol!) who just bought vB 3.6.8 PL1, last week. Experience level: ZERO.

I installed it on a new VPS hosting account which also got last week. Again experience level: ZERO.

My first experience with the vB control panel after installing the software was that I needed to install a patch: 3.6.8 PL2. What a trip!

To date, I've managed to utterly confuse myself, but I do have the board limping along with a few forums.

So, if you would, please direct me to the Tutorial Forum, because at this point I don't even know what I don't know. :confused:

So you need to upgrade from vB 3.6.8 PL1, to vB 3.6.8 PL2??
