Seriously, I have some experience with a previous vbulletin board but never could find a good design/skin or front end. I have been to the vbadvanced (http://www.vbadvanced.com/)
site and found a couple of designs that I liked but have little programming experience.

My objective is to find some guidelines to implement a front end.
