Style title: No Posting Rules

At my forum, I hated the white space that was left when the Posting Rules Box was present:

Now, it looks like this:

As you can see, it looks a lot cleaner, and minimizes the space between the forum jump and "Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread".

Me, I never look at the Posting Ru ........
