3/28/2004 - New Silver renamed to Black Silver, thanks to Dan for the idea.

Please know that this is an early design, only thing I got is the 6 graphic buttons.
(EG: Post Reply, Post thread, etc etc etc.)

They are called New Silver because when I originally created it, everyone called it silver design, thus, New Silver (and it is basically my second design I made on my site, the first one, "Classic Blue" Is lost somewhere and I have to remake it)
