How do you make them visible on the forum index page (the page that shows all main forums)?

vBulletin Options > Forum Depth > settings will be 2 / 2 / 1 I think.

Yes its a quite complicated forum, but it works, and it does good :)
I dont have the money to buy a license but i hope to do so in the future!
