Tell us more: Created almost a year ago and constantly evolving since, NZB is a fun place to go. We have recently upgraded to vBulletin 3.0.5 due to the security warnings, and have invested in a new style to mark the occasion of our one year anniversary.
In addition to the vB-powered forums, we have a Photopost Gallery, Flashchat Chatroom and free yourname@nzboards.com email addresses available to all members.

Why is your forum the best?: Because I strive to make it so every single day...and all that effort better be going toward something. :)

Nice, and I like your use of the Pixel Tech Style.

My only criticism was that the page loads seemed a little slow.

Other than that, it is a very nice looking board.

How do you find Photopost?

Interesting, someone else said that...I have just installed the whitespace compression thing...is it any faster?

Re: Photopost, I like it. A few niggling problems that were probably my fault, but otherwise it's all good.

A little. The main problem seems to be on the Portal page. This takes a fair while.

As for the other pages they load well, though the Google Ads are what is slowing them down.

Hmm...there was an onload thinamejigger in the top of FORUMHOME...I wonder if putting that into the adv_portal template would make a difference...

That is a lot better. The whole page loads well now, only the Google Ads that a still taking a little while.

Also, I notice that you have FlashChat, a very cool ad-on. Though I would build a page and integrate it with vB properly. I also have a box which appears at the top of each page letting people know who is in the chat room. I found that no one was using mine until I added this, now is it getting some regular traffic.

So... Did you get the power surge you were hoping for?

As for the board. It is working sensationally now. Great work. Though I am interested in how you are integrating the e-mail system with the board. Are you using horde in a pop-up or have you actually integrated it with your board? I may end up stealing that idea.
